Our Story

The reason I chose the name of my store of EpicTravelGoods was because of the great love I have for travel and the outdoors.  In my lifetime I have been to all 50 states and the District of Columbia and even worked in 27 of them.  I have also traveled to 29 different countries from Australia to Austria and Iceland to Italy.  I actually lived in Germany for 31 months and have been back to Germany at least 8 times.  I have visited five of the Provinces of Canada.  In my travels I have accumulated 4.4 million miles on Delta Airlines and many thousands of miles on United, American and Pan American.

With all these miles and experiences under my belt, I realized that quality travel gear is essential for making the journey as enjoyable as the destination. That’s why I created EpicTravelGoods—to share my passion for exploration and provide fellow travelers with the reliable, high-quality gear they need to make their own adventures epic.
